O’Brien360 is providing LEED® project management, energy modeling, and commissioning services to the Edmonds Waterfront Center, currently under construction.  When complete, the new 26,300 square foot  2-story  center will provide much needed services for seniors and include a thrift shop, multipurpose rooms, a commercial kitchen, administrative offices, clinic space, and a coffee shop. The Center is pursuing LEED Gold® certification, and in addition to the solar array, will feature no fossil fuels and a beach restoration project.
