Construction has begun on the Pine, a new 140-unit multifamily apartment building developed by MainStreet Property Group LLC, one of our most valued clients. O'Brien is the LEED verification team for the Pine, which is located near Kirkland's Totem Lake area at 10930 116th Ave. NE in the Forbes Creek neighborhood. The Pine includes a biophilic-themed lobby and an apothecary-themed club room. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, and ten percent of its units will be included in the ARCH affordable housing program. The Pine is slated to open in summer 2023.
