O'Brien360 provided LEED v4 Multifamily Midrise certification and LEED Zero Carbon services to the 634-unit Verde at Esterra Park Apartments. Partnering with developer Capstone, we performed energy modeling and benchmarking on the apartment building to capture performance data. We also provided marketing support services to the client discovery, which included clarification of LEED Zero Carbon versus other carbon initiatives. The nearly 30-acre, master-planned community began construction approximately a decade ago and is finishing up the last of 2,600 apartments and a community park.
