The POP is a 118-unit apartment residence centrally located in Downtown Bothell. LEED Technical Assistance and Verification Team. One focus of the project was to improve air quality and minimize exposure to airborne toxins and pollutants; featuring low emission paints, insulation, floors and carpets that meet improved indoor air quality standards; ENERGY STAR appliances; separate heating zones for sleeping and living space, and community-wide LED lighting. The project is LEED Gold® certified and recently won the NAIOP 2020 Award - Best Multi-family Suburban Project over 100 Units.
