The Triangle apartments in Redmond’s historic, red-bricked district is a 195-unit, midrise building with five levels of residential over one level of commercial and amenity space, with below-grade parking.
O’Brien360 was the LEED® for Homes Provider, Green Rater, and provided commissioning services for this LEED v2010 Multifamily Midrise project.
The project team overcame many design challenges, including unusual angles and a high groundwater table, to create a striking Flatiron-like building with a sophisticated, contemporary look. The team’s collaborative effort, and well-balanced approach, drove solid performances in each LEED category, earning the project enough points to achieve Gold certification.
