As part of its commitment to sustainability, the Washington State Department of Transportation undertook a complete renovation of its 170,000 sq. ft. Regional Headquarters building (RHQ) located in the city of Shoreline. The ambitious upgrades to this modern, aesthetically pleasing LEED® NC, v4 Silver certified building provide a healthy working environment for staff, which occupied the space throughout construction.
