O’Brien360 served as LEED Project Manager for this LEED Gold-certified headquarters of Seattle Public Utilities Cedar River Watershed facilities group. This administrative building will support the Cedar River Watershed staff and field crew, who help generate over 70% of the total SPU Water Supply system. Watershed Management, Administration, and
Protection programs all have a new home in this building allowing them to continue protecting the health of our region’s water supply. Although not yet installed, the prewiring for rooftop solar panels will help build resiliency and the potential recognition of a net-zero energy building in the future.
