This infill development brings dense, multifamily living with clubhouse amenities to a previous warehouse/distribution facility site. The site is in proximity to a variety of community resources, has good transit access, and is located conveniently near trails, wineries, and a pet park. O’Brien360 served as LEED® Verification Team for the Avalon North Creek project, which is pursuing LEED Silver® certification through the LEED v4 Homes Rating System.
