Heron Flats & Lofts includes 95 dwelling units spread across five levels, with structured below-grade parking and approximately 1,000 sq. ft of ground-floor retail. Each apartment in this development was designed to optimize fresh air indoors and minimize exposure to airborne toxins and pollutants contributing to tenant comfort, health, and wellbeing. O’Brien360 supported the Heron Flats
development team in their pursuit of Platinum certification under the LEED® for Homes Multifamily Midrise 2010 program. We provided design-phase technical assistance, review of final design documents, energy performance simulation, commissioning of central systems, coordination of utility incentives, as well as final verification of all LEED requirements.
