After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in 2019, Charley began her career with O’Brien360 in the Fall of 2022.  She worked in prior roles as an energy and capital modeler for a large Midwestern utility and as an analyst for a SaaS (Software as Service) tech company. She currently serves as a Building Performance Analyst I, bringing past technical experience and a passion for sustainability to her new role.
