Chase is O’Brien360’s most recent hire. He comes to us with 4 years of experience as a Weatherization Assessor and Quality Control Inspector with Housing Authority of Skagit County. In this work, Chase performed assessments of completed projects to ensure they complied with scope of work and state standards, created detailed work scopes addressing energy efficiency improvements, ensured local utility and Department of Commerce funds were appropriately allocated, and educated clients on home energy conservation, indoor air quality and safety. Chase is a veteran, having served as a Medical Evacuation Specialist for the US Army from 2014 – 2018.
