Patty has over 10 years of property management experience under her belt, with a focus on new development projects in their lease-up phase. She worked directly with O’Brien360 on several projects, engaging with residents and educating them on the importance of sustainable building practices. Patty leverages her knowledge of the onsite world to provide a unique perspective on the Residential Team and continues her involvement with multi-family housing; supporting multi-family buildings achieve their desired green building certification through comprehensive project management. As O’Brien360 continues to grow and evolve with the ever-changing market, Patty will also lend her operational expertise to streamlining internal tools and processes to elevate the client experience. Patty graduated from University of Washington in 2011, with a bachelor’s in communications, and is on track to obtain her LEED AP Homes accreditation.
