David joined O’Brien360 in 2021 and brings to his role extensive, broad-ranging experience in the affordable housing industry and a background in community development. As Project Assistant with the Residential team, David will provide coordination and technical assistance to projects pursuing certification under the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard, and the LEED Residential Rating Systems.  His primary focus will be on integrating green building principles and practices into the affordable housing development process, from pre-design through occupancy. David’s familiarity with the administrative and financial realities of affordable housing, and his field inspection experience will help our affordable housing clients and stakeholders realize value from improved building performance at all stages. David is a LEED AP Homes, HERS Rating Field Inspector (HERS RFI), and an Evergreen Coordinator “In Training.”
