Lukas has over 15 years of experience in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy, focused specifically on building energy analysis and performance verification for the last 10 years. His passion for connecting analysis to ‘real world’ performance led him to co-found 360 Analytics in 2010. Since then, he has completed numerous evaluations of new and existing building performance using a combination of field surveys, utility bill regression analysis, energy modeling, commissioning, and measurement and verification. Narrowing his focus to the gap between as-designed and as-built performance, Lukas now heads up O’Brien360’s commissioning and field-testing group. He works closely with project teams to ensure that project performance goals are captured in the design and achieved in the field throughout construction, turnover, and operation.
